Warranty Policy

Our 3 year warranty applies to all products purchased from the official Acemagic store. We provide all our customers with comprehensive and necessary after-sales service. Please contact service@acemagic.com if there is anything we can do for you.

For business cooperation, please contact service@acemagic.com. For bulk orders, the sales team can offer you more competitive prices and more comprehensive services.

The warranty is 36 months:

1) For products in stock, the warranty is activated on the date of purchase;

2) For pre-sale products, the warranty will be activated on the shipping date.

※ For purchases made on third-party platforms or retailers, please contact them if customers need refunds, replacements or other customer services.

Please do not hesitate to contact Acemagic to confirm the status of your order. Customers can request a full refund before the order is shipped. We will process the refund within 3 business days.

2.1 Intact/undamaged products

14 day money back guarantee for any reason

Undamaged/undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

1) The arrival date depends on the tracking number of your package.

2) Please help us confirm the condition of the returned product. otherwise the refund request will be invalid.

3) In this case, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4) Customers cannot request a 14-day money back guarantee for undamaged/undamaged products signed for more than 14 days ago.

2.2 Quality issues

2.2.1 Broken/deformed outer packaging, missing items in the packaging

Cracked/deformed outer packaging
1) Please make a request to the carrier immediately after receiving the broken/deformed package and receive a confirmation paper with a stamp on it.

2) Please feel free to contact us with detailed information about the problem description and attach photos of the damaged/deformed package and the confirmation paper to the email.

3) Customers can request a full refund or product exchange after reviewing the situation.

Items missing from package
1) Please check the contents and weight of the package carefully before signing.

2) If one or more items are missing from the package, do not hesitate to contact us by email with the order number (AMR5 for example) and detailed information describing the problem (texts/photos/videos).

3) Customers can request a replacement or partial refund for missing items after verifying the situation.

※ Please note the following:

Acemagic is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs caused by broken/deformed package, missing items or misdelivered packages.
For packages lost after being delivered to the correct address, Acemagic is not responsible for appropriate compensation, including refunds and replacements. (Parcel status depends on tracking information.)
2.2.2 DOA (dead on arrival)

For DOA situations, please contact us within seven days of receiving the goods.

1) Attach the order number (e.g. AMR5) and detailed information on the problem description (texts/photos/videos) to the email.

2) Once the product is confirmed as DOA, we will provide customers with the warehouse address so that they can return the product.

3) Customers can request a full refund or replacement after the DOA product is delivered to the warehouse.

※Acemagic is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs caused by DOA products.

2.2.3 Defective products

1) Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g. order number AMR5) and detailed information describing the problem (text/photos/videos) via email.

2) We provide troubleshooting tips and document the troubleshooting process.

※ Return(s), replacement(s) due to product defects:

Within seven days of receipt, Acemagic will cover all shipping costs.
After seven days of receipt: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and Acemagic will cover replacement shipping costs.
About returns
1) Returns MUST include all accessories.

2) Returns MUST HAVE the original

final packaging or packaging with the same protection.

3) Returns MUST be delivered to Acemagic warehouses.

4) Returns may be refused if items do NOT meet the above requirements.

5) Warranties will be void if the incorrect product is returned or the defective product is NOT returned to the Acemagic warehouse.

About refunds
1) The refund process begins once the returned item arrives at Acemagic's warehouse.

2) Refunds will be processed in the same manner as your original order. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours. Credit card and bank account refunds take 7-10 business days.

Reimbursement exceptions:

If we have reached the maximum refund limit for the month, we may not be able to issue the refund via the original payment method, but will instead issue the refund via bank transfer to your PayPal account. This usually takes 48-72 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Product exchange information
1) Customer is responsible for remote area surcharge.

2) Duty free shipping insurance expires once the original package is successfully delivered. This is NOT permanent for the replacement package. If customers want to avoid tariffs, repurchase tax-free shipping insurance.

Situations NOT covered by warranty
Normal deterioration, wear and tear from daily use
Bulk Orders and Rental/Commercial Orders
Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Products lost or stolen every day
Products whose warranty period has expired
Discontinued models that are no longer in stock
Free products, gifts or products will be resold or given to third parties
Unauthorized third-party repairs
Intentional damage caused by human factors
Damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.) and social events (strikes, wars, bans, etc.).
Damage caused by misuse of products, including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water, equipment malfunction, or improper replacement of equipment.
※ The product warranty will be void if the product is damaged by human factors or misuse. Compensation is NOT possible in such cases. Acemagic can only supply spare or replacement parts (if available) through general distribution channels. The customer is responsible for the cost of replacement or spare parts as well as any necessary shipping costs.

※ Acemagic product warranty does not cover damage caused by overclocking, even if overclocking is enabled via Acemagic hardware and/or software.

Lifetime customer with repair service. We offer repair services. We have repair locations in the United States and Germany to repair products. The customer must pay the return shipping costs and we will cover the shipping costs. Fees may apply for certain parts and services. Limitation of liability
Except for the warranty provisions stated above, Acemagic assumes no liability for warranties expressed or implied.

Acemagic assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from events beyond Acemagic's control, such as: B. force majeure, property damage, loss of use, business interruption, loss of profits, loss data or other consequential or special damages.
